Charlie is the Dog Day Getaway September 2013 Dog Of The Month. Charlie he is 8.5 yeas old. Charlie was thought to be a Novia Scotia Duck Trolling Retriever but DNA tests state he is a Golden Retriever, Belgian Shepard, Border Collie, Sheltie mix and he goes by many nicknames… Chuckie, Jazzy Chazzy and Charles, sometimes at DDG we call him Chuck.
Charlie has a favorite toy, and its a menacing squeaky tennis ball.
His favorite treat is a hamburger and his preference is that it be raw.
His favorite past time is hiking Lebanon Hills Park with his people or disemboweling teddy bears.
His best trick is growling on command and looking especially cute when beginning for food. As a golden retriever, his personality is very golden, he is sweet and affectionate.His best friend is Annie Stone from Alimagnet dog park.
If you want to hang out with Charlie he is at the Alimagnet Dog Park in the winter and then the Airport dog park the rest of the year. His housemate is a cat named cat Buffy and she is the BOSS.
Things that he does that are naughty are eating any left over cat food Buffy leaves out. Things he loves about DDG…”I’ve been going to DDG doggie daycare since I was 6 months old, it is my second pack and I adore the people who work there!”
