We are so excited for this months Dog of the Month! First we have our adorable Kona to show off and secondly we have a new DOTM photographer we are working with; Twelve:52 Pets. Kona is a perfect mix of personality and cuteness, we cant get enough of her. Here we go….
Lets Meet Kona!
- What is your dogs name? Wyoming’s Strong as the wind” “Kona”
- How did you pick your dogs name? Ive always named my Goldens with a K or C
- When is your dogs birthday? Dec, 17, 2018
- What is your dogs breed? Golden Retriever
- Does your dog have any nicknames? So many!! Both good and bad! Puppers, HoneyBunny, Sweet Pea, Kona bologna are some of the good ones, I cant print the bad ones!
- What is your dogs favorite place to be scratched? Everywhere, but favorite is belly
- Does your dog have a favorite Toy? She has two that she has to have when she is tired or goes to bed. Little Lammy, and big Fuzz orange ball, she holds them in her mouth to sleep and sucks on them when tired. Both have had multiple surgery repairs!
- If your dog could eat any human food what would it be? Anything but carrots! if she doesn’t like it she just spits it out., but she thinks she needs to taste everything
- What is your dog most afraid of? Ha Ha…the lint roller! otherwise her first time seeing a toad, jumped at her!
- If your dog had a profession what would it be? Professional Cuddle Buddy!
- If your dog drove a car what would they drive? Don’t think she will afford anything fancy on a Cuddle Buddy salary!
- Who’s your favorite mom or dad? Mom of course! but Dad, yeah, I guess he is 2nd!
- What’s the naughtiest thing your dog has ever done? I cant say she is actually a naughty dog…she can be a stinker though
- Is your dog a floor or bed dog? She sleeps in her crate at night, otherwise she would take the whole bed, but she can come up in the bed early mornings to cuddle
- What’s your favorite thing to do with your pet? Everything, she goes with me everywhere and we walk and train a lot.
- Is your dog a face to face greeter or a butt greeter? I think more face to face but she will always greet the human first
- What’s a day in the life of you dog? Eat, sleep, walk, play, sleep,walk, eat, play, cuddle, sleep
- Describe your dog in 3 words? Gorgeous, Smart, Sassy
- Does your dog have an Instagram page? Nope, she would post too many pictures of herself
- One thing you would change about your dog? One thing they would change
- about you? When I talk to people she demands my attention and pulls on her leash, she would make sure I had her attention at ALL times.
- What is your dogs favorite hangouts? Couch, Car, Under the bed by the a/c register, and of course with her mom.
